You will gain access to your courses through a unique link provided to you via email. Make sure to use this link rather than trying to log in somewhere else on the website or in the app.
You will need to create a new account for the app. The app is separate from the website. If you simply connect with your email, the courses won't shop up in the app automatically. However, the unique link you've received will give you access to your courses.
Once you have your account, download the app (available on Android or iOS) and enjoy the training.
