I used the same email for my new app account, but my purchased course is not showing in the app

Follow these simple steps to access your purchased courses in the app:

1. Go to the join.octomoves.com website.
2. On the right upper corner, click on your profile (your picture or initial) > View your profile.
3. On the top right, press 3 vertical dots > Accounts & Subscription.
4. Press the big red button Deactivate Account.
5. Go to your email and open the unique link that you got from Octomoves to access the app.
6. Click the big white Access button.
7. Success! You have your courses available in the app.
